Dear St. Paul Family,

Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

As we continue moving forward together in ministry, we want to thank you for the many ways you faithfully serve our church through your prayers, your presence, your gifts, and your leadership. God is doing wonderful things at St. Paul, and we are grateful to be on this journey together.

We would like to let everyone know that our Church Council meeting has been rescheduled for Monday, August 17, at 7:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. We warmly encourage all members of the congregation to attend.

There are many exciting things happening at St. Paul! From ministry opportunities to important conversations about our building, finances, and the future of our church, this meeting will provide updates, answer questions, and offer an opportunity for everyone to share ideas and be part of the conversation. Church Council meetings are open to all, and your voice and presence are valued as we seek God’s direction together.

To help us prepare for the meeting, we ask that all committee and ministry chairpersons please submit their committee reports to the church office no later than Monday, August 10. This will allow the reports to be compiled and distributed in advance so we can make the best use of our time together during the meeting.

St. Paul has always been strongest when we work together. Thank you for your willingness to serve, stay informed, and help shape the future of our church. We look forward to seeing you on Monday, August 17, at 7:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall as we celebrate what God is doing and discern where God is leading us next.
